Book Review

More with You (With You, #2)More with You by Kaylee Ryan

My rating: 3 of 5 stars

I was given a copy of this book in exchange for an honest review.

We met these characters in book one, but now it's their turn to tell the story. Hailey MacCoy has pretty much fallen in love with her brother's best friend Aiden Emerson. But he's also fallen. This story is of how these two try to keep their feelings at bay instead of exploring them. And why?... Because they don't want to ruin what they already have.

This book is hard core lovey dovey, instant-love, love-at-first-sight quality... if you're into that kind of thing. These characters need to work for their love. I think Kaylee Ryan's characters are given love so quickly that the books feel a little too young adult rather than new adult. New adult doesn't mean there's just sex happening; it also means the characters think differently and act differently than adolescents.

Overall, this book had a bit more conflict than the first book Anywhere with You had. I have to say this book is barely getting the 3.5 STARS out of 5 STARS. The only reason I even gave it that rating was because the book flows well and the author can write pretty well, but all she needs is more drama.
