Book Five, people. I don't know how many more books I can take before I explode!! I love Callie's writing, but I want a conclusion already. This book definitely heated things up not only in the bedroom, but outside of it in Zeth and Sloane's world-of-danger. Make sure you read the previous books in the Blood and Roses Series before this!!

"This is real. This is ours. And this is happening now."

Sloane and Zeth are in a web of confusion. So many players coming at them. So much blood on their hands. Sloane's life is taking a turn for the worse, but she's found the light at the end of the tunnel in her Zeth Mayfair. She's opening her heart to him, so it's time for him to hold out his hand and guide her to their "forever", whether that means bloodshed together or white picket fences.

"All I can think of is Jack Nicholson in The Shining, grinning at us and announcing, here's Johnny.

Well here's Sloane, motherf*cker."

Overall, I think this book ROCKED just like all of Callie Hart's books do. I thought Zeth opened up SO MUCH in this book. Believe me, mountains were moved with this installment. We get to see a super sexy side to Zeth: his heart. He and Sloane really persevered in this book; I'm so intrigued about the next one! This definitely deserves 4.5 STARS out of 5 STARS.
