SYNOPSIS
Georgia Montgomery lives in an ever-present state of denial.
It's the only coping mechanism she's found to overcome the horror that colors her past.
Until one pleasure seeking playboy turns her world on its axis.
Georgia tries to ignore the tornado of emotion that sweeps through her system whenever Tristan is near, but just like an addiction, one look, one taste, one touch is never enough.
And then there's Kyle, the doting boyfriend she's left at home for the summer, the one she gave her heart to when she was twelve, the one that holds her fragile love in his strong and steady hands.
What was once comfortable turns unbearable, and soon Georgia finds herself fantasizing about the forbidden.
The chemistry between Tristan and Georgia is scorching and it isn't long before the slow burn ignites into a full-blown wildfire that threatens to consume anything in its path.
Denial is comfortable.
Love is anything but.

"Just try for something beautiful."
I totally loved this book. It was completely about Forbidden Love. I love that theme in books. It makes the players desperate for each other. It makes them careless, yet super sneaky. It's a great way to create tension for these characters.
"Gorgeous, an early riser, and a coffee drinker-could he be more irritatingly perfect?"
Georgia Montgomery buys a house. In North Carolina. Without consulting her longtime lawyer boyfriends, Kyle, who lives in Washington DC. Trying to find something she doesn't quite understand yet, Georgia enlists the help of her two best friends who bring along some interesting characters including the uber gorgeous playboy, Tristan. Together these friends will help Georgia remodel her new house that's so old it's almost non-existent. As the summer sun heats up, so does the love affair between Georgia and Tristan.
"I don't have a choice, but I'd still choose you."
Overall, this book was GREAT. It deserves 4 STARS out of 5 STARS. I cannot wait to see what Landon's hiding in his past in Light in Morning.
